Classes and Schedule

Every New Years we tell ourselves we will be good and focus on exercising and become healthier. Time is over for resolutions and time to make things happen, reach those achievements, become the person you wish to be every year. No health goal is met easily nor overnight. Let us help you reach your goals and in time you will see your hard work, dedication, and discipline reflect in the mirror.

Our instructors are nationally and or inter-nationally recognized Judo champions. ARENA Training Center offers a variety of classes for all skill levels and ages. We have a 2,000 square foot training facility and are a family friendly environment. Come and join ARENA's family to promote personal development, self confidence, discipline, and strive towards becoming a Marshall Arts champion or a better you.

We encourage you to visit our Dojo to view training classes and experience the environment to help guide your decision to join us. You may also meet and speak with our instructors to discuss the class or have questions.

  • All classes have a free introductory 2 lesson trial
  • Classes are scheduled two times a week, every week of the month. If class lands on a holiday or class must be canceled, class will be rescheduled. Check Calendar on home page for class schedule.
  • Liability form must be signed by students or parent's/guardians prior to joining class or free trial. Form is made available when you arrive.

Classes are structured for all age and skill levels. Classes are led by Nefeli who holds a 1st degree Black Belt and ranked #1 in the US. Your child will benefit in every manner regardless if they are focused for competition or recreational learning. Judo requires and teaches one to  focus, discipline, think quickly, and many others. you will witness how well mannered children act in class, how they treat others, and themselves. Classes are structured as a whole class and then break into pairs to practice and spar. With constant partner change ups, it allows your child to spar against competitors of diferent ages and sizes which assists with self defense and safety.

Age Range: 4yrs old to Adult

Schedule: Sundays 4pm to 5:30pm & Wednesdays 6:30pm to 8pm

Month Membership Fee: $75 a month **Free uniform (Gi) with initial 2-month sign-up



Boot Camp is a exercise class that encapsulates strength and conditioning using one's own body for weight loss and gain lean body mass. Classes are led by Nefeli who will incorporate her knowledge of stretching and exercise to maximize results. Lean body mass will increases your weight due to muscle and water, in the same process you will reduce fat. You will increase in strength, flexibility, energy, become trimmer, and become a healthier you. This is not a hardcore high speed only class. All skill levels are welcome to join. You work at your pace and as you advance abilities in class, as will the difficulty  level. This ensures beginners and advance students will always to be challenged. With positive encouragement, students will naturally, and willingly strive to work harder to achieve their goals. Results are not immediate, with time and dedication, you will see and feel the results, you will love the way you look and feel.

Age Range: 16yrs to Adult

Schedule:  Sundays 3pm to 4pm & Wednesdays 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Month Membership Fee: $75 a month



Boxers are always in great shape, fast on their feet, with their hands, and think quickly. This high intensity training will help you become a stronger, faster, slimmer, and more agile you. Whether you plan is to enter the ring to win, recreational exercise, or self defense; boxing has a great many reasons to join. Lessons focus on boxing techniques which increase your endurance, agility, flexibility, and ability. Lessons are given by instructor Steve who speaks from experience as he is a High School National Boxing Champion in Greece.

Age Range: 4 and up

Schedule:  Tuesdays 6pm to 7pm & Thursdays 6pm to 7pm

Month Membership Fee: $75 a month
